Horrible. I knew I was not into him from the beginning, and he was infatuated with me. We fell into a pattern where I’d basically treat him like crap (was very young and have since given up those ways) and he was just happy to have me around. Ended up breaking things off bc it’s not right to string someone along just to be treated right- it has to be mutual.

I kind of have the same problem but with specific snacks. What I did was took pictures of myself straight on, I started doing small hiit workouts (usually found in insta) every time I feel a craving and I always write down what I was doing right before so I can see if I can find the trigger (I think mine is loneliness and not liking what I see in the mirror) I repeat a lot that the snacks are I don’t like what I see despite the comfort I feel eating them and to permanently fix how I look I have to stop giving in to cravings. The loneliness will also go away because if feel more confident in myself and more willing to be social. You have to find your triggers and find your reason to quit or any other help will be temporary and likely won’t last. So far I’ve lost 10 pounds and it’s hard, it’s sucks but it will be worth it to start. Therapy helps others if it’s compulsive too! I hope this helps!

Any time you have to use psychological and often physical force/torture tactics to get someone to do something you want or to stop doing something you don’t, it’s probably an awful thing to put someone through and C shouldn’t be done
