I know, right? I'm not a console gamer, but my friend got a PS5 for Christmas. As I entered his basement and saw it, the first thing I said was: Jesus Christ it's humongous.

This is the first time I have realized just HOW big it is. My switch stand almost barely fits in my entertainment center, it would be interesting to see how the PS5 would fit in sideways. It seems it is as thick or thicker than the Switch dock.

Thank you. Apparently I am just bad at sizing things based on pictures. I need one in front of me to really gauge it, and even then, it needs to be on my entertainment center to really get a feel.

it might look good in Marques Brownlee style house but in a normal house it just looks weird and out of place

Nah - also I hate to see so much plastic used for aesthetics. Use litterally anything else. Only the minimum plastic nessesary that cannot reasonably be replaced should be used.
