Robin arrives (or shows herself if she's the girl with the cat eye), and sanji frees himself. We'll see the situation with yamato, marco and possibly perospero/carrot. At the end we'll see kaido's hybrid form or the 10th character with the scabbards.

I would love if the manga didn't show all these fights in detail, and then the anime expanded upon them. That way the arc wouldn't drag as much, and we wouldn't get scenes in the anime like when Luffy pucnhed drunk dragon form Kaido, or Luffy vs the sumo guy, where 1 or 2 second exchange was stretched over several minutes.

I will never forget that one scene in Dressrosa, where Zoro can hear Fujitora walking towards the gambling house. It goes on for at least a solid two minutes, then it cuts to a commercial break, then they replay the entire thing. The whole scene is just a close-up of Zoro's face, then a shot of an empty alleyway, then back to Zoro, then back to the alley, etc. And once Fujitora finally appears, nothing happens. They just walk by each other without a word.
I never watched the anime again after that.

I think there's a few differences between Sabo vs Burgess here.
For one, Sabo and Burgess are major characters that are almost guaranteed to fight again in future arcs. It makes sense to conceal a lot of their abilities, especially in Burgess' case. Compare this with Perospero, who will almost certainly never be coming back to the story as a major antagonist, and Carrot, who, if she joins the SH needs this fight to sell the audience on her, and if she doesn't, will likely be the last focus she gets in the story.
To add to that, this feels like a natural cumulation of Carrot's arc. There's a strong emotional narrative behind it which didn't exist w/ Sabo vs Burgess (which to me at least, felt like an excuse to write these two super strong characters out of the arc so the SH/grand fleet actually got to do stuff). When looking at it that way, this fight feels like a far more important one to the course of the story.

There's no canon reference to this, but I believe Diable Jamble is similar to Luffy's power ups in that pre-timeskip it required time and/or specific movements and/or had a clear drawback (like Post-G3 Chibi Luffy). But post-timeskip those have been ironed out and it can just be 'called on' at will. All Sanji does nowadays is lift his leg up and it lights on fire, whereas against Jabra he did a dramatic spinning move to heat the leg up.
So perhaps not.

The silhouette is in fact Roger who went to the moon to kill Enel and took his long ears, he also bring the goro-goro no mi and gives it to Nami, Nami proceeds to one shot Kaido and Big Mom end of the chapter. Break next week because the next chaper is the last of one piece. Nami was too powerfull and also one shotted Luffy through his high electric resistance.

The cloning possibility of NR allows for a few theories. Was she the lady standing in the doorway at CP0? Is she the woman standing in Black Maria's room with her eye covered? Is she perhaps in the room of the 9 Scabbards? (I know, the strand of hair makes it more likely to be Hiory or Toki). Or does she just come around the corner like that (with Brook)? Relatively unpredictable, but that's what makes it so exciting, right?

my prediction for chapter 1005:
the character seen at the end of the previous one is toki. she speaks with kinemon and explains to him that she did not die that day in the flames, because she still had her mission to accomplish and this mission is ...
scene change => the pirate ship of the hearts is below onigashima and wondering what to do? and then one of them says "look over there won't it be ...?" Ā»
Scene change again => Black Maria walks over to the red scabbards, sanji is down and barely able to move .. then he hears toki's voice and decides there is no way to leave a woman in distress. then he gets up and rushes into the room where they are and arrives before Black Maria. he sees toki and she tells him that she was waiting for him
change of scene => kaido is about to crash the island except .. something is preventing the island from falling.
then we have an overview of the reactions of the different characters and then we end the chapter with a real army of boats wearing the symbol of the straw hat and bartho who has his fingers crossed to make his barrier and protect the capital of flowers smiling and saying "boss we're finally here š Ā«Ā with the kuja pirates just behind him

Itās definitely plausible but Iād be let down if it was toki, there was a great romance to the idea that she was willing to die in the same era as oden after she entrusted the scabbards to carry on her mission, it would taint that if she changed her mind on it and carried on after he had died. But oda doesnāt write the story to fit every whim I have so Iād accept it if he chose otherwise, but I really hope thatās not the case

As usual, Oda won't reveal anything on scabbards and the 10th person..we may get to see Carrot vs Perospero, Chopper making more medicines and X-drake protecting Chopper in the lower floor..in the final panel, we may see King and Queen's hybrid silhouettes as they go against Marco

I have a question: the red scabbards were nine including Kanjuro, right? Kanjuro is not there with them since he was beaten earlier. Bao Huang said there were 10 people down there, so wouldn't this make two extra characters fighting there? Am I miscounting?

I'm hoping that we get an update on Carrot and Wanda vs. Perospero (it's been a while) and Robin shows up to fight Black Maria. (I could possibly see that being the end of the chapter, but I'm not sure)
Maybe an update on Jinbei vs. Who's Who (I'd think that Jinbei would have beaten Who's Who's crewmates by now, unless they're stronger than I expect) or setting up Yamato's fight. (my guess is Jack - he's been absent for a while now, and I don't think they'd leave him off at "beaten up by Neko/Inu but still conscious")

We are gonna get some Robin action for this chapter, and now that Oda decided to steer away from the rooftop, i think we are gonna have to wait some time before we go back to it and see kaidou's hybrid.
i think we are gonna see the rest of the all stars and tobi Roppo's hybrids before seeing Kaidous, i mean, his is the most hype, Oda is gonna leave it for last, we might have to wait like 10 chapters before going back to that amazing battle.
so he has to steadily advance the other fights to reach the point where sasaki, who's who, and black maria transform. (not to mention king and queen)
After Franky drawing blood on sasaki, he might be the next one to go hybrid. (i now wonder if sasaki can use gyojin karate on hybrid, such a badass triceratops.)
On 1005 we are gonna get Robin stomping on Black Maria, Sanji doesnt underestimate her, and leaves her up to the task. and we see what chopper is up to along with some panels of brook holding his ground like the undead boss he is.
1006 update on Jinbei vs whos who, we are gonna see our boy jinbei work out, whos who is savage, update on kidd and laws crews status.
1007 perospero v carrot and wanda, update on tamas kibi dango plan working wonders and usopp and nami getting to where chopper is. update on yamato and momonosuke.
1008 Marco having trouble with king and queens double team, sanji comes in full raid suit taking on queen. update on x-Drake vs apoo, .
and in the following chapters we should start getting the rest of the tobiroppos hybrid forms. Then king and queen hybrids, and then we are getting back to the rooftop for glorious Kaidou hybrid pummeling of the supernovas. As mom watches him and enjoys it as seeiing kaidou on hybrid really is a rare sight.
One piece is gonna have such an amazing year.

Oda has been writing wano arc using sets of 3 chapters to switch between groups of characters/ locations, so I think this chapter will focus entirely on the events below the roof, then the end of next chapter will end with kaidoās hybrid reveal.

I feel like we're going to focus on the other fights that we didn't see last chapter (Jinbe vs Whos Who, Carrot/Wanda vs Perospero) with the final scene shifting gears to Robin/Black Maria, the Scabbards or Yamato.

Hopes? We see what the hell Brook is up to. Also, would love to see First Son of the Sea with a Whoās Who reveal thatās not actually a reveal, but him removing his mask and all we see is the view from behind him, and a shocked Sharkbae at the end of the chapter. Giving Oda 3 non-reveals in 3 consecutive chapters, ending act 3.
But hey iām just spitballing here

Hopefully Luffy is back in G4. I'd rather not have an entire chapter of him running around trying to avoid Kaido until his Haki came back. So I'm hoping Oda will just skip that and have the fight progress as usual.
I wanna see some crazy stuff from Kaido's Hybrid form as well. Show me why this guys a Yonko. I know Oda can do better than Zoro cutting up one mountain sized horn. The showings should get crazier from this point forward.

If we go back up to the rooftop the situation is desperate, we don't see Kaido, Zoro is carrying an exhausted Luffy, and kidd steps up to the plate
